FleetOptimo™ comes with a web-admin portal and a driver app that can work on both Android and iPhone devices. The Web Admin portal is mainly for the Operations team as a "command and control" tool for planning, scheduling, assigning, routing and tracking status of deliveries for each driver/truck on a daily basis. The mobile driver app is primarily to ensure drivers have their jobs cut-out for the day, know the optimal route to take, have seamless communication channels with consignees and the back-office ops team and able to update the status of each delivery run - digitally

FleetOptimo™ comes with a myriad of smart features for the Web-admin console. It mainly serves as a Command and Control tool for efficient back-office Operations staff. It mainly enables ease of operations, sustainable ways of working and significantly improves efficiency, while reducing operational costs from day 1. The main features are:

  • Easy Set-up and configuration: Staff, Vehicles, Postcodes, Zones and establishing their mapping/relationships. You can also set threshold load capacity for trucks base don the vehicle type to throw alerts when orders are being assigned to vehicles if this threshold is reached.
  • Vehicle Scheduling Schedule each vehicle by Vehicle/Driver and By Date on the zones it will / will not travel - up to a period of 90 days into the future (rolling 90) as a one time configurable task.
  • Dashboard: for quick summary of total scheduled orders, completed, pending and failed deliveries
  • Orders: Ingest orders through CSVs or APIs. A summary of all orders listed in a table with the ability to view order details. Ability to send e-mails and sms texts to consignees to book their preferred date of delivery of their orders.
  • Quick Search:To search on any order by a variety of criteria like Order ID, Name, Postcode and Unbooked.
  • Customer Self-booking: Enables consignees to choose a preferred date of delivery with a dynamic calendar that shows only the days that Vehicles are available for delivery in their postcode (Zone)
  • Automatic Communication: When dates are booked by consignees, another e-mail and sms text is sent to confirm their delivery date selected. A final sms text and e-mail is sent automatically, 48 hours before the booked and scheduled delivery.
  • Alerts and Messages:between the operations teams and the driving staff is also possible either on a one-to-one or one-to-many mode (broadcast).
  • Assigned Orders: A unique feature to assign and lock booked orders (by consignees) to Vehicles/ Drivers mapped to specific Zones, once the limit of vehicle loading capacity and max allowable number of orders per truck is reached.
  • Automatic Optimal Routing: of orders is possible on all assigned orders for every vehicle based on parameters like fastest, most economical, avoiding tolls etc. yOu can also reverse routes starting from farthest first to beat the risk of traffic and reduce stress for driver staff

  • Deliver anything: Be it parcels, packages, cartons, documents, Pallets, Bulky items like furniture or just about anything that needs to be delivered to the destination by road transport
  • Real-time Maps: Maps will be available to locate each truck in near to real-time. This can also be shared as a link to consignees to track their order until they are delivered.
  • Reports: An intelligent set of default reports are available in FleetOptimo™. We can build addition custom reports that are specific to your business need.

The FleetOptimo™ Mobile app works on both Android and iPhone and has a host of amazing features aimed at simplifying driver to customer and driver to Back-office operations easy. All interactions and tasks performed in the app during the course of each delivery are updated in the Admin portal in real time as real-time data with audit trails for further analysis.

  • Settings: Login to the app with their own password on either their own/business device. Manage passwords, preferences etc..
  • Daily Vehicle check: and updates before heading out for delivery rounds

It entirely depends on your business need. If you are a small 3PL/fleet operator , you could use our shared subscription model of FleetOptimo™. However, if your business is on a medium/large scale with over 500-1000 trucks/vans, we can provide a dedicated instance of FleetOptimo™ on the cloud ( AWS). Alternately we can also offer a perpetual license model on premise in your own IT infrastructure.
Yes, unlike many platforms that are restrictive in the features offered, FleetOptimo™ is fully configurable to adapt to your business process.
FleetOptimo™ is constantly evolving with new features, released every quarter. These are based on a common set of requirements that may be applicable to any business customer. While there may be several other solutions available in the market, FleeOptimo™ offers an easy to use menu that is specific to the needs of British and European Logistics providers.
The key differentiator for FleetOptimo™ is local technical support for customers in the UK and Europe. So no more frustrating experience of having to wait for UK / Europe business hours for solutions you may have to subscribe from the East or from the Americas. Also, all customers get access to a library of “how to?” training videos that they can learn at their own pace.
We have an industry standard support model in place for FleetOptimo™ to ensure the best Customer experience. Level 1 support is available with a response time of 5-minutes to an hour of raising your concern/issue/query, depending on the queue of concurrent calls. Level 2 support is available with a TAT of an hour to 2 , while Level 3 - deep code level issue will require investigation and debugging to replicate the problem, find the cause and fix the issue.
No. FleetOptimo™ has a single transparent pricing only based on the number of vehicles/ assets you have to track.
